Well, yes and no. I don't think the 135B was really meant to carry anything other than troops and the like (severe limits on amphibs anyway), but the truck it was based on (the 135) was to a degree:
Not in all applications, though dueto classic Russkieism, same drivetrain and setup in all applications, including the almost-zero suspension deflection/articulation. The other thing I posted, though (the E 167), had the engine setup moved to the back, but used the same cab as the non-amphib 135.
